Court complaint against Gere, Shilpa in Jaipur
Jaipur, Apr 17 (UNI) A complaint has been filed against Hollywood actor Richard Gere and Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty for the kiss controversy at a lower court here today.
Advocate Poonam Chand Bhandari filed a complaint against the actors at Sub-Judicial Magistrate No 4 court stating that the forced kiss between the two was an obscene act, done publicly and caused annoyance to the viewers.

Bhandari said his statements were recorded along with one Rakesh Chandel, in whose house he had watched the 'obscene act,' which was repeatedly being telecast by television channels.
Mr Bhandari said magistrate Dinesh Gupta court had summoned the original CD and the next hearing would be on April 25.
