Indiabulls reports net profit of Rs 153.10 crore

Mumbai, Apr 16: Brokerage firm, Indiabulls Financial Services today reported a net profit of Rs 68.49 crore for the quarter ended March 2007, a rise of 209.63 per cent from Rs 22.12 crore during the correspondig period last year.

The company's net sales rose by 118.01 per cent to Rs 145.02 crore during the said period, as against Rs 66.52 crore during the corresponding period last year.

For the full year, net profit rose by 106.17 per cent to Rs 153.10 crore for the year ended March 2007, as against Rs 74.26 crore during the corresponding period last year.

Net sales too registered a rise of 71.08 per cent to Rs 352.18 crore as against Rs 205.86 crore during the corresponding period last year, Indiabulls added.
