Gujarat: Woman kills husband in Rajkot

Rajkot, Apr 15: A young woman killed her husband to death at her house in Jangleshar area here, police said.

Zarina, in a fit of rage, cut off her husband's nose and ears with a sharp blade and hit him with stones yesterday when he was fast asleep resulting in his death.

She took the drastic step because she was tired of her husband constantly beating her up in an inebriated state.

The accused has been arrested and further investigations are on, sources added.
