Shimla, Apr 15 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said remote areas of Dodra-Kwar, Kasharpat, Pandrah-Beesh in this district of the state will soon be connected with a motorable road.

Addressing a public meeting at Rantali village of the district, he said the 12 km long Seema-Rantali road would be improved, mettled and regraded besides connecting Manjani with a motorable road.

A master plan was being prepared to explore the possibilities of the construction of tunnels since the roads were situated at high passes, he said, adding that the construction of Rohtang Tunnel would connect Lahaul valley with the rest of the World.

Referring to his visits to various parts of the state, he said the pace of development was accelerated since he was personally monitoring the progress of the welfare schemes.
