Rains continue to lash Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 15 (UNI) Rains occurred at a few places in Kerala while dry weather prevailed over Lakshwadeep, the Local Met office said here.

The highest rainfall of eight cm was recorded at Mangombu followed by CIL Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram Airport four cm, Thiruvananthapuram city, Karipur Airport and Kottayam received three cm.

The highest temperature of 36 degree C was recorded at Alapuzha.

The MET office said isolated heavy rains are likely in the state and isolated parts of Lakshwadeep.
