Patna Apr 15 (UNI) Describing Nitish government a big ''failure'' in all fronts, the RJD today said that the chief minister has ''indulged'' in issuing ''irresponsible'' statements against opposition to divert attention from his failures.

RJD National General Secretary cum spokesperson Shyam Rajak and state general secretary Nihora Prasad Yadav here said the recent incidents, including firing on dalits, murder of a woman in the state capital, abduction of school students and traders at several places in the state were some glaring examples of the failures of the Nitish government.

They said because of the ineffeciency of the state government, the poor people were forced to starve.

The leaders also dubbed Mr Kumar as ''anti poor'', ''anti dalits'' and ''anti minorities'' saying that the government made no provisions for reservation of this class.

They said the Chief Minister remained silent over the objections of its allies.

They said the opposition tried to grill the government on these burning issues following which the JD (U) spokesperson Shivanand Tiwari started issuing ''irresposnible'' statements against the opposition.
