Kamdhenu Ispat to raise funds for acquisitions

New Delhi, Apr 15 (UNI) Kamdhenu Ispat, engaged in manufacturing and marketing construction materials, will raise funds for expansion purposes, including acquisitions, through issue of 22 lakh convertible warrants.

The company said its Board of Directors has approved the fund raising scheme for corporate actions like capital expenditure, working capital requirements and general corporate purpose.

The warrants, to be issued on preferential allotment basis, are convertible into equal number of equity shares.

The board has also approved assignment of a trade mark of the cement business.

The moves are subject to approval of the members.
