Introduce SC categorisation reservation bill: MRPS

Vijayawada, Apr 15 (UNI) Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS) Founder-President Manda Krishna Madiga today urged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy to take steps with the Centre to introduce categorisation of Scheduled Caste Reservation Bill in the Parliament.

The introduction of a Bill was necessary in order to obtain statutory status for its implementation in Andhra Pradesh, he told newspersons here.

He said MRPS would organise Viswarupa Mahasabha here on April 17 in which Dr Reddy would participate.
