Fire in Sadar Bazar, no casualties
New Delhi, Apr 15 (UNI) A Fire broke out today in the Sadar Bazar market in Old Delhi but there were no casualties.
Fourteen fire tenders were rushed to put out the blaze, which broke out in the market at 1100 hours and engulfed as many as 14 shops in its ambit, fire brigade officials said.
The fire was extinguished at 1220 hours, they said.
Though the fire destroyed a lot of material stored in the shops, there were no casualties as the shops were closed on account of a Sunday.
