Two persons killed in road accident

Davanagere, Apr 13 (UNI) Two persons were killed on the spot when their two wheeler rammed into a parked truck near Hebbal about 20 km from here last night.

Police said that the victims were returning back to Davanagere from Chitradurg when the mishap occurred on the National Highway.

The victims have been indentified as Jaiprakash Shetty (33) and Basavaraj.

Police are on the look out for the driver and the truck, they said.
