Rains brings down temperature in parts of AP

Hyderabad, Apr 13 (UNI) Isolated rain occurred over Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh in the last 24 hours, while mainly dry weather prevailed over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.

Bhadrachalam recorded one cm rainfall. The highest maximum temperature of 41 deg C was recorded at Rentachintala in Guntur district.

The maximum temperatures fell over Rayalaseema and changed little over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and normal over Telangana and Rayalaseema.

Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema.

There are chances of one or two spells of rain or thundershowers in parts of city during evening/early night.

Maximum temperature is likely to be around 38 deg C.
