Poonam Mahajan appointed as state BJYM gen sec

Mumbai, Apr 13: Poonam Mahajan-Rao, daughter of late BJP general secretary Pramod Mahajan, has been appointed as the general secretary of state unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, a youth wing of BJP.

BJYM president Dhananjay Munde announced the new executive committee yesterday. It included five vice presidents, two general secretaries, two secretaries, an office secretary and 31 executive committee members, apart from the four legislators as the special invitees, a BJP release here today said.

The another general secretary is Vikram Deshmukh, while the four legislators who have been included as special invitees are Devendra Phadnavis, Jaykumar Raval, Sambhji Nilangekar and Sanjay Kunte, the release added.
