Nokia launches N95 model with 2-way slide concept

New Delhi, Apr 13: Nokia, a global leader in mobile manufacturing, today announced the launch of its premium model, Nokia N95, featuring a 5 megapixel camera and the pioneering 2-way slide concept.

Positioned on the convergence platform, N95 is a flagship product in multiple ways and will be made available through a pre-booking scheme for technology leaders and technology stylists and mobile enthusiasts, the company said in a statement.

The two-way slide concept facilitates easy and quick access to various multimedia experiences the product offers: browsing the internet, listening to music, watching and recording high-quality videos, playing great quality games and viewing slideshows while on the move.

The camera facility features Carl Zeiss optics facilitating real life imagery and DVD like video quality, the company claimed.

To avail of the pre-booking offer, consumers can type 'MANY' and send an SMS to 5555. They will then be further guided with the pre-booking procedure. The offer will be available to consumers across the country.

Elaborating on this new Nokia Nseries initiative, Mr Vineet Taneja, Director, Multimedia, Nokia India said, ''We believe this single device will revolutionise multimedia experience in its current form and serve as a must have device.''
