MCD seals 101 units in seven zones

New Delhi, Apr 13 (UNI) Intensifying the pace of its drive to seal units running in violation of the 2021 Delhi Master Plan, the MCD today put to seal 101 units in seven zones.

In course of its sealing drive, the MCD sealed eight units in Bhogal and one on Ring Road at Lajpat Nagar in Central zone, seven units in Civil Lines zone and 33 units in Mangol Puri and three on Outer Ring Road in Najafgarh zone, an MCD spokesperson said.

Also falling under the purview of sealing today were eight units in Shahdara (S) and 21 in Shahdara (South) zone, the spokesperson said.

With today's sealing operation, the total number of units put to seal since the drive resumed on March 28 is 443.
