HC allows Vaze to approach Home Dept with complaint against Pasricha

Mumbai, Apr 13 (UNI) The Bombay High Court today allowed Sachin Vaze, a suspended police sub inspector who was attached to the Mumbai Crime Branch, to approach Additional Chief Secretary (Home) and submit his complaint against state police chief P S Pasricha.

Vaze had been suspended for his alleged involvement in the disappearance of Khwaja Yunus, a Ghatkopar blast accused.

A division bench of Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice Dilip Bhosale allowed Vaze to pursue his complaint against Dr Pasricha and an officer from state CID that they were conspiring against him.

Two alleged witnesses of state CID had also moved Bombay High Court saying that a CID official had offered them Rs five lakh each and jobs in a Gulf country for giving statements against Sachin Vaze. The court has now adjourned the matter till June 12.
