Garware Offshore to acquire Anchor Handling Vessel

New Delhi, Apr 13: Garware Offshore Services Ltd, a leading offshore vessel owner-cum-operator, today said it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire one Anchor Handling Tug Cum Supply Vessel (AHTSV).

The vessel of 60 tonnes Bollard Pull fitted with Fire Fighting Equipment (FIFI 1) and Dynamic Position System (DP1) is scheduled to be delivered to the company in August, 2008.

Earlier this month, the company had got a contract from state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) for its Platform Supply Vessel, 'M V Kamet', scheduled to be delivered next month.
