CD issue will not affect UP poll results: BJP

Tirupati, Apr 13 (UNI) The Compact Disc (CD) issue will not affect the BJP's prospects in the ongoing UP assembly elections, Party Andhra Pradesh spokesperson N Ramachandra Rao said today.

Talking to UNI, Mr Rao said the CD controversy would not have any impact as the election results in UP would be in favour of the BJP.

The contents of the CD were not designed by the BJP, he added.

Replying to a question, he said steps would be taken to strengthen the party in Andhra Pradesh.
