42 hurt as tempo turns turtle in Aurangabad

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Apr 13 (UNI) At least 42 persons, including four women, were injured when the tempo in which they were travelling to Nimbhora from Hatnur village to attend a wedding, turned turtle at Himbhora village at Kannad tehsil in the district here.

The mishap occurred at around 1445 hrs, Pishor police sources said.

Of the injured, 16 have been admitted to Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH), while the others were discharged after being treated at Pishor Cottage Hospital.

The tempo driver is absconding, sources added.
