100 pc concession for disabled persons in state-run buses in Goa

Panaji, April 13(UNI) Goa government today announced that full cent concession will be offered, with immediate effect, to persons with disabilities to travel in State-run Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTDC) buses.

''The disabled persons can avail of cent per cent concession on the state-run buses by producing identity cards issued by the Directorate of Social Welfare,'' an official release here today said.

The disabled persons have also been exempted from paying registration fee for obtaining disability certificates from the medical board, the release added.
