Two killed as mine caved in

Hazaribagh, Apr 12 (UNI) Three persons were killed and seven others injured as a unit of Sirka mine in this district caved in today.

Police said all the victims were engaged in illegal mining at the time of incident.

The mine, earlier operated by Central Coalfields, had become a centre for illegal mining after its closure.

The injured were rushed to a local hospital and bodies were sent for post-mortem.
