Rapist gets 10 years jail

Patna, Apr 12 (UNI) A fast track court in Patna today awarded ten years of rigorous imprisonment to a person in a case of kidnapping and rape.

Judge K M Srivastav found Sushil alias Raj Singh, a resident of Mustafapur village at Khagaul in Patna district, guilty under various sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

According to the charges a tenth class student was kidnapped by the convict who subsequently raped her in 2003.
