BJP CD case adjourned

Allahabad, Apr 12 (UNI) Allahabad High court today adjourned to hear a writ petition filed to cancel the recognition of BJP in the controversial BJP CD case.

The court will hear this case after 10 days.

A writ petition was filed by Mohd Irfan to cancel recognition of BJP CD case.

The matter was put before the bench comprising Justices B S Chauhan and Rajesh Kumar, but the judges did not hear the case and adjourned it for 10 days.
