Indiabulls to allot 1,50,00,000 warrants to company promoters

Mumbai, Apr 9 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited today decided to obtain an approval of the members of the company through postal ballot with respect to the issue of upto 1,50,00,000 warrants to its promoters on a preferrential basis.

These warrants are fully convertible into 1,50,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 2 each at a conversion price of Rs 300 per equity share, a Indiabulls release said.
