Goa BJP appoints Naik as chairman of state Election Committee

Panaji, Apr 9 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Goa unit today announced a 13-member state Election Committee headed by president and MP Shripad Y Naik as its Chairman.

The other members of the committee include Rajendra Arlekar, Manohar Parrikar, Laximikant Parsekar, Dr Suresh Amonkar, Prakash Velip, Vinay Tendulkar, Govind Parvatkar, Subhash Salkar, Kunda Chodankar, Dattaprasad Kholkar, Ramrao Desai and Dayanad Sopte.

Mr Naik also announced a three-member state Disciplinary Action Committee headed by Narahari Haldankar as its Chairman and Mr Laximikant Parsekar and Rajendra Arlekar as the members.
