Femina Miss India winners to participate in International pageant

Mumbai, Apr 9 (UNI) All the three winners of the Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2007 will represent India in international pageants such as the Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Earth.

Sarah Jane Das was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India World, 2007, Puja Gupta, Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe 2007, and Pooja Chitgopikar was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India Earth 2007 at a function held here last night.

At a press conference today, Sarah said,'' It is every girl's dream today to participate in the contest. Today, the world is a much younger place and something like the Miss India contest puts you on a pedestal.'' The trio said in unison,'' We are completely overwhelmed with the honour, we will definitely work hard and win the crown back.'' Munish Purii, National Director, Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2007 said,'' All the three contestants are winner, this year there are no runner- ups. Miss World and Miss Universe are on the same platform.

All of them have the potential to bring the international crowns to India. Their journey has just begun.'' Some of the other sub-title winners are Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face, Akuonuo Khezhie, Jealous 21 Femina Miss Sexy Legs, Pooja Chitgopekar, Senorita Femina Miss Dancing Queen, Diksha Pathak, Richfeel Femina Miss Beautiful Hair, Nova Krishnan, Etam Femina Miss 10, Pooja Chitgopekar, Vogue Eyewear Femina Miss Beautiful Eyes, Kiran Thappar, Tanishq Femina Miss Photogenic, Esha Gupta and Femina Miss Talented, Meera Kirpekar.

The other sub-awardees are Femina Miss Beautiful Smile, Priyanka Shah, Times Miss SuDoku, Zoha Tapia, Femina Miss Congeniality, Shipra Malik, Miss Zoom TV Personality, Shilpa Keswani, Radio Mirchi Miss Listeners Choice, Meera Kirpekar, Indiatimes Miss 8888, Shilpa Keswani and Sony My Miss India, Akuonuo Khezhie.
