Mr Kadam said he was not levelling allegations but wanted to highlight the issue which has been reported in a section of media.
The Lower House had to be adjourned first for 15 minutes, later for ten minutes thrice earlier.
Mr Kadam handed over a CD to Mr Patil, who said that the contents will be examined.
