Haryana Government transfers 15 IAS officers

Chandigarh, Mar 30 (UNI) The Haryana government today ordered transfers and postings of 15 IAS officers in the state with immediate effect.

Mr Hardeep Kumar, Special Secretary Finance and Member Third State Finance Commissions have been given additional charge of Special Secretary, Irrigation Department during the election duty of Mr S K Gulati.

Mr Ram Niwas Managing Director, Haryana Finance Corporation has also been given the additional charge of Director, Consolidation of Holdings, Director, Land Records and Special Collector (HQ) and Special LAO, and Special Secretary Revenue and Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments during the election duty of Mr S K Goyal.

Mr K K Khandelwal Labour Commissioner and Special Secretary, Labour Department has been given the additional charge of Director Employment during the period of election duty of Mr Krishan Kumar.

Mrs Shashi Bala Gulati, Director Supplies and Disposal would hold the charge of Director and Special Secretary Social Justice and Empowerment and Welfare of Schedule Castes and Backward Classes in addition to her present duties during the election duty of Mr Roshan Lal. Similarly, Mr R R Jowel, Registrar Cooperative Societies, Haryana would also hold the charge of Managing Director Dairy Development Cooperative Federation during the election duty of Mr Devender Singh.

Mr S C Jain Director and Special Secretary Rural Development and IFCC and Director HSMITC, Managing Director Haryana State Small Industries and Export Corporation and Managing Director Haryana Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation would also hold the additional charge of Director and Special Secretary Development and Panchayats during the election duty of Mr Shiv Raman Gaur.

Mr T C Gupta awaiting the orders of posting has been given the charge of Chief Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority relieving Mr S S Dhillon.

Mr Anil Kumar Director and Special Secretary Urban Development and Project Director Swarn Jayanti Sheri Rozgar Yojna, Urban Development Department and State Urban Development Society would also be Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes, Finance and Development Corporation and Managing Director and Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam in addition to his present assignment during the election duty of Mr R P Chander.

Mr H S Rana, Director Industrial Training and Vocational Education and Special Secretary Technical Education Department will also hold the charge of Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana and Special Secretary, Excise and Taxation during the election duty of Mr Arun Kumar.
