Court directs to remove APP for links with criminals

Nawada, Mar 30(UNI) A local court today directed to remove the Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) of Rajebigha massacre Kishori Sharan Singh for his nexus with the accused of the case.

First District and Sessions judge D P Verma gave the directions for the removal of the APP after his links with the criminal Chunchun Singh, an accused of the massacre. The APP had been charged with openly supporting Chunchun Singh.

On June 3, 2000, the notorious criminal gang of Akhilesh Singh had massacred five people at village Rajebigha under Pakribarama police station area. A case was lodged against Chunchun Singh and several others in this connection.
