Anupama Dayal presents bouquet of creations at LFW

Mumbai, Mar 30 (UNI) Anupama Dayal unveiled her collection 'The Giant's Garden' at LFW today bringing to life the birds and flowers in the mythical Giant's Garden.

She used the oversized floral patterns to embellish her creations in a pleasant mix of colours and sizes.

Tiny pea pods, trapeze and 'A' line dresses in pretty hues of neon yellow, fuchsia, ultramarine blue and deep purple were added to basic greys and olives for the very practical and simple shapes.

Where Anupama scored was with her mix of prints and colours that merged in perfect harmony for each of the garments.

A flame long pleated dress in knit printed with a stylized lotus, the banana smock in satin with balloon sleeves and oversized roses, the pleated dress in crepe with sequins encrusted floral border, the ultramarine peapod dress in raw silk with contrast sheer leg of mutton sleeves, a very interesting opal layered dress with a sheer cover and the red silk dress with origami sleeves in shocking pink were some of the eye catchers.

It was a pleasant mix of fabrics, patterns, styles and colour which was a glamorous bouquet of fashion from Anupama Dayal.
