Tata Metaliks to form JV with Japan's Kubota Corp

New Delhi, Mar 29 (UNI) Tata Metaliks Ltd today said the company has decided to enter into a Joint Venture agreement with Japan-based Kubota Corporation for manufacturing Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes.

The company will be the holding company of Kubota Corporations and others in the said JV, a statement said.

Kubota Corporation is one of leaders in the manufacturing of DI Pipe.
