Justice Swatanter Kumar will be Mumbai High Court Chief Justice

New Delhi, Mar 29 (UNI) Justice Swatanter Kumar of Delhi High Court will be sworn-in as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court tomorrow at Mumbai.

Delhi High Court Chief Justice M K Sharma, his companion Judges and the Delhi High Court Bar Association today bid farewell to Justice Kumar in a glittering function here this afternoon.

Justice Kumar has delivered many important judgements including the AIIMS Director P Venugopal vrs Union of India.

While presiding over the PIL court, he pronounced judgements on monkey menace, rogue traffic, stray cattle etc.
