New Delhi, Mar 28 (UNI) Presiding Officer of Labour Court in Kadkardooma Sujata Kohli testified before Additional Chief Metropolitian Magistrate Sanjeev Jain today against former Delhi Bar Association (DBA) president Rajiv Khosla for allegedly assaulting her 13 years ago following her refusal to participate in processions and other functions organised by the lawyers body.

Mr Khosla also cross-examined Ms Kohli later.

In 1994, Ms Kohli had lodged a complaint with the Sabzi Mandi police station in North Delhi, accusing Mr Khosla and others of manhandling her and threatening to shut her in a room.

The incident had taken place on the district courts premises when Ms Kohli had come to contest a civil case, which she had filed against Mr Khosla following a threat by him to withdraw all facilities and furniture from her chamber.

In her complaint, which the police had lodged following a direction by the then Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM), Ms Kohli had alleged that Mr Khosla, being the secretary of the DBA at that time, did not like her boycotting the demonstrations and other functions organised by the association.
