Hyderabad Industry donates Rs 5 lakh to TTD

Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, Mar 28(UNI) Hyderabad-based K E Industry donated Rs five lakh to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) under the Cheeradhana(milk) scheme today.

TTD sources said the Industry officials handed over the cheque to TTD Executive Officer APVN Sarma.

Meanwhile, a devotee Krishna Reddy had donated golden Keertam to goddess Sita Consort of Lord Rama, worth Rs 1.5 lakh on the occassion of Sitarama Kalayanam at Kodandarama Swamy temple in Tirupati. TTD as a tradition brought 'Talambralu' from Tirumala to Kodandarama temple.

A large number of devotees participated in the festival, the sources added.
