Dead teenager's family accuse AIIMS of negligence
New Delhi, Mar 28: The family of an HIV positive 17-year-old girl, who died in AIIMS on Monday, today accused doctors at the premier healthcare institution of administering her with contaminated blood, and threatened legal action against the hospital.
However, the hospital administration denied the allegations, saying the girl, Jyothi was HIV positive at the time of admission in AIIMS on November 2 when she had come for dengue treatment.
