ND: 6 killed in gas cylinder leak in Karol Bagh

New Delhi, Mar 23: Six people were killed and several others injured when a gas cylinder caught fire in Karol Bagh area here this morning.

The fire, which broke out at around 0640 hrs in house No 3201, lane number 32 in Beadonpura area of Karol Bagh, was brought under control at 0715 hrs with the help of four fire tenders, the fire brigade officials said.

The fire was reportedly caused due to a gas leak in a domestic LPG cylinder.

However, investigations are on to ascertain the cause of the gas leak.
