IVRCL Infra eyes 1,007 cr revenues from project

New Delhi, Mar 20: IVRCL Infrastructures&Projects Ltd today said it has secured allotment of about 33 acres of land at a cost of Rs 228 crore in Noida.

IVRCL Infrastructures expects to generate revenues of about Rs 1,007 crore over three to four years from the said project.

''The project would be funded through internal accruals and debt and the development is expected to begin by August this year,'' the company said in a statement.

It plans to build about 1,800 homes under the project at an estimated construction cost of Rs 800 crore.
