Belgaum AP records lowest temperature of 17.8 degrees celsius

Bangalore, Mar 19 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hrs here today.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over coastal karnataka and dry weather prevailed over interior karnataka.

Maximum temperatures changed little over the state. They were appreciably above normal at many places over coastal karnataka; above normal at a few places over south interior karnataka and were normal over north interior karnataka.

Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38.7 degrees celsius over the state.

Minimum temperatures changed little over the state. They were above normal at many places over coastal karnataka and were normal over interior karnataka.

Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 17.8 degrees celsius over the state.

Forecast valid until Wednesday morning:Dry weather may prevail over the state.

Forecast for farmers: Dry weather may prevail over all districts of the state.

Local forecast: Mainly clear sky. Maximum and minimum temperature would be around 35 degrees celsius and 20 degrees celsius respectively.
