Youth gored to death in Jallikattu

Salem, Tamil Nadu, Mar 18 (UNI) A 25-year-old youth was gored to death and 21 others were injured in a bull fight at Gengavalli near here today.

Police said, the deceased was identified as Dinesh, hailing from Murungapatti. The youth came to witness the fight, when the incident occurred.

All the injured, including the deceased were rushed to the Government Hospital in Athur. Dinesh, however, succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital, police added.
