Two killed, six injured in landslide in Paddar, Doda

Jammu, Mar 18 (UNI) Two people were killed and five others injured in a landslide that buried three houses in remote Paddar area of Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources today said.

Three houses in Paddar area, about sixty kilometers from Kishtwar Tehsil headquarters, came under a landslide last night, burying all the people sleeping inside, they said.

Two bodies were recovered from the debris while six people, including two women were injured in the incident, sources added.

As the incident occurred in a very remote area, police were yet to gather all the information.
