Sahara One to raise USD 50 mln via FCCBs

New Delhi, Mar 18: Sahara One Media&Entertainment Ltd will raise resources up to 50 million dollars through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

The company's Board of Directors have given an in-principle approval for raising of resources which also include 20 million dollars approved earlier.

The company which runs the Hindi entertainment channel 'Sahara One', will use to proceeds of the fund to meet its business requirements.
