P T Usha to promote Okaya batteries in India

New Delhi, Mar 18 (UNI) Arrow International Pvt Ltd, promoter and manufacturer of Japan-based Okaya batteries in India, has signed legendary athlete P T Usha to promote its batteries.

On this occasion Okaya is launching 'Okaya Fast' series of Inverter and UPS specialist batteries, a statement said.

These batteries are best suited for conditions where power goes for long time and comes for short time.

In addition, they have more active material per ampere hour and special additives in battery plates which increases the active material surface area at the time of plate charging.

Okaya, a specialist of Inverters and UPS batteries, have successfully diversified into other industrial battery segments including solar batteries, railway LMLA batteries, telecom batteries and battle tank batteries.

It is the fastest growing battery brand in India with an annual installed capacity of 1.2 million batteries.
