Firemen struggle to douse fire at a high-rise building

New Delhi, Mar 18 (UNI) A fire broke out this afternoon in the basement of a high-rise building at Nehru Place in South Delhi.

Fire brigade sources said nine fire tenders had been pressed into service to put off the fire.

The fire broke out at 1425 hrs.

Further details are awaited, the fireman said.
