AP Governor greets people on occasion of 'Ugadi'

Hyderabad, Mar 18 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur today extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of 'Ugadi- Telugu New Year Day', falling tomorrow.

According to an official release here, Mr Thakur said 'Ugadi is a festival of joy and hope. The new year brings cheer and expectation'.

'I am sure that the new year will usher in peace, prosperity, harmony and happiness to all the people of the state', he added.
