HECL inks Rs 185 crore deal with Neelachal ISPAT

Ranchi, Mar 17 (UNI) The Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited (HECL) has signed a Rs 185 crore contract with Neelachal Ispat Limited at Duburi in Orissa as a part of steel plant expansion programme.

According to the HECL sources, the contract was scheduled to be completed by August, 2008.

HECL Managing Director B F Modi today said the contract was inked yesterday adding that a team of engineers, designers and workers have already been deployed.
