Uterus found inside teenaged boy

Lucknow, Mar 16 (UNI) In a freak case, doctors of a city hospital have found a uterus inside a teenaged boy, while operating him for hernia.

Doctors of Rani Laxmibai Hospital yesterday came across the unusual case, while operating the 15-year-old.

When the doctors carried out the operation, they found a 'rudimentary' uterus inside the boy.

Since, there were no other complications involed, the doctors removed the uterus after an hour-long operation.

Since it was a unique case, the details have been sent to the King George's Medical University (KGMU).
