Pakistan will be put to test on sharing of intelligence: Sharma

Shimla, Mar 16 (UNI) Minister of State for External Affairs Anand Sharma today said Pakistan would surely be put to test to ascertain how far it had implemented the new mechanism agreed upon for the sharing of information by intelligence agencies on the activities of terrorists and their hideouts.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Sharma said investigations.

into the Samjhauta Express blasts were progressing well and favourable results were expected soon.

He said India would continue to push forward its agenda for reforming the United Nations for which it had received wide support from all nations of the world.

Observing that there was an urgent need for expanding the Security Council, he said its composition must reflect the contemporary reality and not the power structure of the 1940's.

Mr Sharma said the largest democracy of the world must find its due place in the body and a framework for reforms was there in the shape of G-4 resolution.
