MP set aside Rs 16 cr for NHs

Bhopal, Mar 16 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Public Works Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya today informed the Assembly that the government set aside Rs 16 crore for maintenance of national highways.

During Question Hour, Ms Alka Jain (BJP) raised the issue of the poor condition of national highways passing across Katni district.

''The Centre is not disbursing funds for their maintenance,'' explained Mr Vijayvargiya.
