Issuing an order, Maharashtra Control for Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) judge Abhay Thipsay said there is no substantial evidence against accused Michael in the chargesheet filed by the prosecution.
Judge Thipsay released him on a bail of Rs One lakh and directed him to report to the Kandivali Crime Branch unit twice a month during the office hours and submit his passport to the investigating agency.
