Ranbaxy BoD to meet on Mar 29

New Delhi, Mar 15 (UNI) Generic drug maker Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd today said its board will meet on March 29 for considering financial results for the year ended December 31, 2006.

The board will also decide upon declaration of second interim dividend on equity shares for the fiscal ended December 31, 2006, a statement said.
