Kirloskar secures Rs 344cr order from AP govt

New Delhi, Mar 15 (UNI) Pump manufacturers Kirloskar Brothers Ltd today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 344 crore from Andhra Pradesh government.

The contract received from the Irrigation and CAD Department in the state will involve construction of pumping stations at Vasanthavada, Peddavagu Project and Bandarugudem Tank.

This will include Electro Mechanical and Hydro Mechanical works including site development for Indira Sagar Lift Irrigation Project (Polavaram), it said in a statement.
